The DILLON MOBILE HOME CLUB is located 5 miles southeast of Desert Hot Springs. Desert Hot Springs is famous for its natural hot mineral water, and the Dillon Mobile Home Club has its own hot water well that provides hot mineral waters to the swimming pool and two spas.

HOW OWNERSHIP WORKS
The Dillon Mobile Home Club is a non-profit corporation. There are 150 shares of stock and each is designated by the lot number that you have. When you buy your share of the corporation, this share of stock entitles you to equal voting rights on how your park is run. The park then gives you a 99 year lease which is automatically renewed at no charge to you. This property then is yours to do with as you would any other property. It may be sold, passed on to your heirs or whatever else you wish to do with it.

All lots in the park are served with city water, sewer, natural gas and electric from Southern California Edison, as well as cable television from our own satellite dishes.
THE PEOPLE
The park was established for senior type living and has no provisions for children. Children are invited however, to stay up to fifteen days in a month as guests.

FEES
The monthly dues at Dillon Mobile Home Club are set at only $66.50, which includes the following:: Payment of all property taxes for the corporation, which you own.

Satellite television to each home. Presently, there are 12 stations on line.

Maintenance of all common grounds, including a spacious club house for gettogethers, a pool room, two semi-enclosed spas, a heated pool, picnic grounds, roadways and ample parking spaces throughout the park.

A reserve which is ample for future repairs of common areas and the addition of television stations as you, the owners, choose.
